MedCadre is seeking an OT for home health in the Everett, WA area. Shift: Day (5x8) 8:00–16:30, travel within a 60-mile radius from the hub/office. Geriatric cases, 5–7 patients daily, documentation and timely communication required.

On-site role with iPad provided, mileage reimbursed at IRS rate. First timers not accepted; BLS certification required and active license in hand. Locals accepted at travel rate; on-call no.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of recent home health experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Active OT license or eligibility in hand.
