Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Santa Rosa, CA. You will assess and treat residents to improve mobility and function within a collaborative healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will hold a current California PT license, have at least 1 year of applicable experience, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills to design individualized therapy plans and support patient independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar clinical setting.
• Current valid Physical Therapy license in California.

Responsibilities
