Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a PT for outpatient therapy to join our team on a 13-week assignment. The role focuses on an outpatient setting with a Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM schedule; flexible to acute care as needed.

The ideal candidate has a state license, at least 1 year of experience, and certifications relevant to therapy practice. Cerner experience and solid documentation are preferred, with an emphasis on clear communication and compliant charting.

Responsibilities

• Work in outpatient rehab setting with 8-hour shifts
• Follow outpatient schedule: Mon-Thu 8:00–17:00 and Fri 8:00–12:00
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements
• Cerner experience preferred and accurate charting in system
• Occasionally cover acute care weekends/holidays as needed

Description:Start date within the next 3-5 weeks preferred.Outpatient schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.Focus is on outpatient setting, but flexibility to acute care is possible.Coverage for weekends and holidays in acute care may be required if needed.Willing to set up interviews if desired by the candidate.Cerner experience is preferred.Compliance with documentation requirements is expected.Clear communication regarding documentation status is essential.
