Cynet Health in California seeks a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation to cover a 13-week assignment. This is a day shift with 8-hour shifts in a hospital setting.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, a valid state PT license, BLS certification and EPIC access. Must handle acute care, gait training, discharge planning, and rehab for adult and geriatric patients, including post-stroke rehab and hip/knee replacement cases.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inpatient PT evaluations and treatment plans
• Assist with discharge planning and goal setting

• Apply knowledge of post-stroke rehabilitation and hip/knee replacement rehab
• Adapt interventions to changing patient needs throughout the day
