Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a licensed PT for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Kentucky. The therapist will see 12–14 patients per day, with a productivity goal of about 60 visits per week, and no new grads will be considered. The role is on site, with 36 hours guaranteed and up to 40 hours per week.

Candidates must be locally based within 50 miles of the facility and must hold state licensure. Overtime requires director approval.
