Description:Under the general supervision of Therapy Leadership and according to departmental policies and procedures regarding referral and standards of treatment, performs objective assessments.Develops comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.Responsible for the direct supervision of patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.Provides general supervision of PT assistants in accordance with state practice acts.Performs duties and responsibilities in alignment with mission, values, and service standards.Required to have flu vaccination during specified months, with possible exemptions.Team player with a patient-focused personality is essential.Dress code includes hospital-provided scrubs.
