Job summary

Description:This is a home health assignment where the clinician will be responsible for driving to patients' homes daily.The clinician must have a vehicle, driver's license, and auto insurance.The mileage radius for this job is 50-75 miles.This may result in drives that are longer than 20 minutes between patients.The clinician must be comfortable with this arrangement.The clinician must accept every patient on their schedule regardless of distance.Declining patients may result in a cancelation.All documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment with the patient.Delayed and incomplete documentation impacting billing and patient care will also result in a cancelation.There are no guaranteed hours with this contract.The clinician must hit weekly productivity points which equate to 40 hours per week.If the clinician is not receiving enough patients to meet financial needs, there will be opportunities to transfer to another nearby clinic to pick up patients.
