Vantage Mental Health in Minnesota seeks a licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to provide psychotherapy to clients, in person at clinics or via telehealth. You will carry a therapy caseload with meaningful flexibility, and you are welcome to integrate psychological assessment or other services within your training and scope if that is part of how you want to practice.

The heart of this role is excellent therapy and the clinical leadership that naturally comes with doctoral expertise.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling psychology.
• Active Minnesota licensure as a Psychologist (LP), or eligibility with active progress toward Minnesota licensure.
• Primary interest in providing psychotherapy with depth in evidence-based modalities.
• Experience providing therapy; ability to bring at least a partial caseload.
• Interest in psychological assessment welcomed but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy as your primary focus.
• Bring evidence-based approaches to your own work and help extend them across the team.
• Contribute to case consultation and informal clinical mentorship for master's-level and pre-licensed clinicians.
• Optionally integrate psychological assessment or specialty services within your scope.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation consistent with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatry, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Take part in staff meetings, case consultation, and professional development.
