Qualifications

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the therapy department, including scheduling, staff management, and budgeting
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as state and federal laws, as well as industry standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of skilled therapists, including occupational, physical, and speech therapists
