The ideal candidate has strong office experience, excellent computer and typing skills, and superb interpersonal abilities to maintain efficient workflow and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of general office experience.
• Excellent computer and typing skills (40–50 WPM).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with scanner, fax, copier equipment.
• Knowledge of therapy regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate therapy scheduling via Home Care Home Base software.
• Provide administrative support to therapy team.
• Manage phones, scheduling, and document flow with accuracy.
