American Senior Communities, LLC is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) for Lake Pointe Village in Indiana. This part-time role includes Tuesday shifts plus three additional days each week, from 8:30 to 4:30, supporting residents with daily living and therapy-related activities.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility.

Responsibilities
