American Senior Communities is seeking a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Eagle Valley Meadows in Indiana. Full-time options: Sun-Thu 9am–5pm or Mon-Fri 9am–5pm with alternating weekends.

You will assist residents with daily living, provide companionship, and support therapy teams to deliver compassionate, person-centered care.
