Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Eastgate Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation and Prairie Village Nursing & Rehab. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship, and supporting therapy goals across two locations in Washington, IN.

You will collaborate with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care while maintaining a homelike atmosphere that emphasizes dignity and respect for each resident.

Qualifications

• Must have Indiana CNA certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with resident mobility.
• Geriatric nursing passion and commitment to senior care excellence.

Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) Opportunity at Eastgate Manor Nursing/Prairie Village Nursing & Rehab

4 days weekly/split between locations

Therapy CNAs play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident's well-being is prioritized. From assisting with activities of daily living to providing companionship and reassurance, the Therapy CNA plays a key part in creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention of each resident.

• Collaboration: Work with therapy and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.

Requirements:

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
