Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a part-time Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Franklin Meadows. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and creating a warm, homelike environment that respects each resident's dignity.

Ideal candidates hold a current Indiana CNA certification and demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and strong interpersonal communication to support therapy and facility teams in delivering high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

Part-Time

Therapy CNAs play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident’s well-being is prioritized. From assisting with activities of daily living to providing companionship and reassurance, the Therapy CNA plays a key part in creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention of each resident.

Requirements

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
