Job summary

American Senior Communities seeks a Therapy CNA (Therapy Aide) at Coventry Meadows in Fort Wayne, IN. This full-time role runs Sunday through Thursday on the day shift, supporting residents with daily living activities and providing companionship in a warm, homelike setting.

The Therapy CNA collaborates with therapy and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, while upholding CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence for every resident.

Qualifications

• Valid and current CNA certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with resident mobility.

Full-Time, Sun thru Thursday, day shift

Therapy CNAs play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident's well-being is prioritized. From assisting with activities of daily living to providing companionship and reassurance, the Therapy CNA plays a key part in creating a homelike environment that values dignity, respect, and individualized attention of each resident.

Requirements:
