Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite | 3 Days Remote)

Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually

Lead with Purpose While Continuing Clinical Practice

PsychPlus is seeking a dedicated Clinical Director to join our Corpus Christi, Texas team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced, licensed clinician who enjoys combining direct client care with leadership, mentorship, and program development.

In this role, you'll maintain an active clinical caseload while providing guidance and supervision to associate clinicians, helping to foster a collaborative, high-quality behavioral health program.

Position Overview

This position consists of a 40-hour work week, divided between clinical care and leadership responsibilities:

• 70% Clinical Responsibilities (28 hours/week)
• 30% Administrative & Leadership Responsibilities (12 hours/week)

Primary Responsibilities/Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services while maintaining best clinical practices.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and positive treatment outcomes.

Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor associate/pre-licensed clinicians.
• Provide clinical supervision for up to 10 associate clinicians in accordance with Oregon licensing requirements.
• Promote compliance with professional ethics, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Partner with organizational leadership to enhance clinical quality, support team development, and contribute to program growth.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who possess:

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) license in Texas.
• Board Approved Supervisor status in Texas.
• Eligibility to supervise associate clinicians within the state.
• Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or leading clinicians is strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• $90,000–$105,000 annually

Performance Bonus

• Earn an additional $60 for each 60-minute therapy session completed beyond 60 sessions during a bi-weekly pay period.
