Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in healthcare, therapy services, or working with children and families preferred.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists (ST, OT, PT, ABA) with preparation and set-up of therapy activities, materials, and equipment.
• Support clinicians during therapy sessions as directed (e.g., preparing materials, managing activity transitions, gathering items).
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas when appropriate.
• Assist with organizing therapy tools, toys, sensory equipment, and treatment supplies.
• Monitor and maintain therapy rooms to ensure readiness for the next patient.
• Clean and sanitize therapy equipment, treatment rooms, toys, and high-touch surfaces per infection control protocols.
• Maintain an organized environment in therapy rooms, sensory rooms, and shared spaces.
• Restock therapy supplies, materials, and cleaning items as needed.
• Assist with inventory and organization of therapy materials and equipment.
• Provide front desk support including greeting patients and families; assist with patient check-in and check-out; answer phones and direct calls.
