Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Treating Center Manager (PT/OT) to oversee therapy center operations and financial performance while managing a full patient caseload. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive growth through local marketing to referral sources.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification.
• Leadership and staff supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews and manage employee relations.
• Oversee center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
• Evaluate and treat patients; ensure high-quality care and proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
• Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
