Job summary
Job Juncture is seeking a full-time Therapy center Operations Leader in Santa Cruz, CA to manage therapy center operations and a full patient caseload. You will supervise Staff Therapists and Aides, drive local growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee financial performance.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical or Occupational Therapy program.
- Current state licensure and CPR certification.
- Strong leadership and clinical problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Staff Therapists and Aides; conduct performance reviews.
- Manage center profitability, budgets, and caseload efficiency.
- Evaluate and treat patients with high-quality care and thorough documentation.
- Ensure compliance with State/Federal regulations, Medicare standards, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Oversee clinic cleanliness, equipment calibration, and supply ordering.
