Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide comprehensive ABA services to individuals with behavioral, developmental, or learning challenges. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and execute treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and monitor progress to improve communication, social and adaptive skills.

Job Summary:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides behavior analysis services to individuals with behavioral, developmental, or learning challenges.The BCBA conducts behavioral assessments, develops and implements individualized treatment plans, supervises behavior technicians, and monitors progress to improve communication, social skills, adaptive functioning, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
• Track client progress and modify treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes.
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other behavior support staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Provide caregiver training and guidance on behavior management strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment records.
• Ensure services comply with applicable ethical standards, professional guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote the development of communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field, consistent with certification requirements.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
