Saint Alphonsus Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a PRN Therapy Aide to join our outpatient Rehabilitation Services. The role supports an interdisciplinary team to help patients return to productive lifestyles.

The position emphasizes assisting with therapy services under PT/OT supervision and taking department tasks to support patient care delivery. A CNA/BLs credential and two years of related experience or coursework are expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Therapy Aide or two years of health-related college courses.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification issued by Idaho is preferred.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist providing therapy services to patients in outpatient center under supervision of PT/OT team.
• Assist with department tasks to support patient care delivery.

We are seeking a PRN Therapy Aide to join our outpatient Rehabilitation Services team who specialize in providing a comprehensive treatment plan that includes specialized programming and an interdisciplinary team approach to help patients return to productive lifestyles.

What you will do

Our ideal candidate will assists providing therapy services to patients for our outpatient therapy center under the direction of an occupational and/or physical therapy care team as well as assists with department tasks that support the delivery of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

Two years previous experience as a Therapy Aide -OR -Two years of college (any health occupation related courses) -OR- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification issued by the State of Idaho is preferred. Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
