Job summary

Parkland Health seeks a Rehabilitation Assistant to support therapists and leadership in delivering patient-centered care. Based at the Main Hospital Building basement, this role assists with therapy sessions, equipment, and daily operations.

Candidates should have two years of experience in rehabilitative or healthcare settings and CPR certification; familiarity with hospital environment and ability to follow instructions are essential.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS

Experience

• Must have two years of experience in a rehabilitative or healthcare setting.

Equivalent Education And/or Experience

• May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute the experience requirements.

Certification/Registration/Licensure

• Must have a current Heartsaver CPR course completion card within 90 days of hire and/or placement in job from one of the following:
• American Heart Association
• American Red Cross
• Military Training Network.
