Tender Touch Rehab Services in Severna Park, MD, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Rehab Aide -FT to join our growing team in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting, where patient care and collaboration are priorities.

You will transport patients to therapy, prepare equipment, assist therapists with basic care tasks, and help with charting and paperwork, under state regulations, to support clinical staff and patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Healthcare or rehabilitation setting experience preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with clinical staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Transport patients to and from therapy sessions according to the daily schedule.
• Prepare and set up equipment for therapists as needed.
• Assist therapists with basic patient care tasks such as positioning, dressing, and undressing, in accordance with state regulations.
• File documentation accurately in both physical and electronic charts.
• Ensure all required paperwork is completed and properly signed by the physician.
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment in compliance with company policies.
