Job summary

Ivy Rehab’s Therapy Aide position supports our clinic team by keeping equipment and the environment safe and clean for patients. You will assist front office tasks such as answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients, while communicating with patients and their families.

This role is ideal for students pursuing exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, or anyone passionate about healthcare and helping others.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner.
• Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task.
• Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
• Self-motivated with the drive to exceed patient expectations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and possible weekends.
