Job summary

Motion PT Group, a member of the Confluent Health family, seeks a Therapy Aide for a part-time role at our Brooklyn facility. You will help prepare patients for treatment, assist with transfers, and set up equipment and modalities to ensure safety and comfort.

The position offers Mon - Fri hours (20 per week) with compensation of $17.00/hour and includes benefits like a 401(k) match and paid sick leave. Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pre-physical therapy/allied health degree track preferred.
• Background in health, wellness, or personal training preferred.
• Available year-round.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation.
• Preparing equipment and treatment areas.
• Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment.
• Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked.
• Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
