Rite of Passage is seeking a Therapeutic Manager for Cypress Creek Youth Academy in Lecanto, FL. The role focuses on administrating, developing and facilitating case plans and prescriptive treatment programs that meet each student’s needs and align with placing agencies’ requests.

You will be the primary service provider for individual, group, family, and case management services, reporting to the Clinical Director and assisting with group living staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling with four years related experience in residential group living and clinical experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check, drug and TB test.

Cypress Creek is a residential commitment program located in Citrus County Florida. It serves high-risk and max-risk youth ages 15 to 21. The goal of the program is to provide services utilize evident-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment and supervision.

We offer clinical supervision to qualified applicants.

Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%, 4%, or 6%)

As a Therapeutic Manager, you’ll be responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating case plans and prescriptive treatment programs that meet the needs of each student and align with requests of the placing agency. You will report directly to the Clinical Director and assist with the supervision of the group living staff.
