Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of directly related professional experience.
• Licensed for at least two years as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Clinical Mental Health Counselor in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer programs: goals, curricula, criteria, and implementation.
• Behavior and crisis management for high-risk populations.
• Manage and supervise staff: recruitment, orientation, performance standards, appraisals.
• Educate and train staff; develop curricula and professional development.
• Manage fidelity of services; QA for treatment programs and audits.
• Develop policies and procedures; review trends and guidelines.
• Develop community network resources and coordinate collaboration.
• Provide direct mental health care to inmates: crisis response, individual and group therapy.
