Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. You will provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges.

This full-time, benefit-eligible role includes planning and coordination with a multidisciplinary team, flexible supervision for licensure, and a focus on holistic, recovery-oriented care in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology required.
• Licensed provisionally or fully in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients.
• Serve as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans with clients.
• Deliver triage services during Open Access hours when needed.
• Maintain complete, accurate, timely documentation per agency and state regulations.
• Interface and coordinate care with internal and external providers for wraparound support.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Provide licensure supervision where applicable.

In this meaningful role, you'll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support clients through person-centered, integrated care-helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.
