Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team in Missouri. You will provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults with mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Join a multidisciplinary team focused on person-centered, integrated care and evidence-based practices. This full-time, benefit-eligible position offers weekday hours and opportunities for licensure supervision if applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology is required.
• Licensed provisionally or fully in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clients.
• Serve as team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (CSTAR/OUD settings if applicable).
• Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans with persons served.
• Provide triage services during Open Access hours as needed.
• Deliver culturally competent services aligned with diverse client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency and state regulations.
• Coordinate care with internal and external providers to ensure wraparound support.
• Offer crisis intervention during daytime hours per agency protocol.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable).
• Meet productivity standards and customer care expectations.
• Attend required training and funder/accrediting body requirements.

Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adult Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you'll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support clients through person-centered, integrated care-helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

• Provide licensure supervision (if applicable)
• Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectations
• Attend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodies

Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or psychology required
• Licensure Provisionally or fully licensed in Missouri: PLPC, LPC, PLMFT, LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW
