You will contribute to discharge planning, care coordination, and continuing care for clients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling or psychology from an accredited program.
• Current state license or certification as a therapist in California.
• Experience in addiction and mental health treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate care with treatment teams.
• Document progress notes, treatment plans, and SOAP notes accurately.
• Intervene in crisis situations and ensure ethical compliance.
