Clover Staffing seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat clients in Rutland, Vermont. The role covers articulation, fluency, voice, language, and dysphagia management, with strong emphasis on AAC and family education.

Requirements include CCC-SLP, state licensure, and a Master’s in SLP from a CAA-accredited program, plus CPR/BLS. The assignment runs 17 weeks with a daily 8-hour shift and weekly pay. Housing and health benefits are offered.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.

Maintain accurate clinical records.
Stay current with evidence-based practices.

Certifications/Requirements

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from CAA-accredited program required.
State licensure (Speech-Language Pathologist License or Certificate) required.
CPR/BLS certification.

Experience

Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from CAA-accredited program (2-3 years).
Minimum 400 supervised clinical hours (325 hours during graduate program).
Pass Praxis examination for SLP (score 162 minimum for ASHA).
Complete Clinical Fellowship Year (36 weeks minimum, 1,260 hours).
Pass state licensure examination.
