Job summary

Clover Health Services in Montesano, Washington is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join as Therapist, SLP. You will evaluate clients' speech, language and swallowing, and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include therapy for articulation, fluency, voice and language disorders; AAC strategies; documentation; collaboration with physicians, educators and families; and maintaining accurate records. Position runs 13 weeks with weekly pay of $2028-$2193.

Qualifications

Certifications/Requirements

• - Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA required.
• - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field from CAA-accredited program required.
• - State licensure (Speech-Language Pathologist License or Certificate) required.
• - CPR/BLS certification.

Experience

• - Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from CAA-accredited program (2-3 years).
• - Minimum 400 supervised clinical hours (325 hours during graduate program).
• - Pass Praxis examination for SLP (score 162 minimum for ASHA).
• - Complete Clinical Fellowship Year (36 weeks minimum, 1,260 hours).
• - Pass state licensure examination.
