Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide skilled respiratory care. The role involves patient assessment, plan development, and collaboration with the care team to deliver evidence-based treatment.

A license and RRT credential are required, with BLS due within 14 days of hire. Desirable candidates have 1 year hospital experience and ACLS in addition to strong computer and office software skills.

Assesses and evaluates results, and implements complex methods of providing care. Participates in the delivery of care and functions as a specialty clinical resource for other caregivers. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing. Performs other job duties as assigned.

Specifications

Experience

Training

• Hospital and Departmental Orientation.

Licensure
