Shift 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, start 2026-08-24, duration 13 weeks, with weekly pay of $1,320 to $1,413; housing and benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs) and work-related tasks.
• Implement therapeutic activities to enhance fine motor skills, coordination, balance, strength, and cognitive function.
• Train patients in adaptive techniques to compensate for physical or cognitive limitations.
• Recommend and educate patients on the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices.
• Assess home, school, or workplace environments and suggest modifications to improve safety and accessibility.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, exercises, and home programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and functional improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
