Bozeman Health is seeking an Inpatient Psychiatric Unit Therapist (Pre-Licensed) to join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team in Bozeman, MT. You will provide therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and discharge planning under supervision to meet Montana Board of Behavioral Health requirements.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, Montana-licensed candidate status, and current BLS certification.

The Inpatient Psychiatric Unit Therapist (Pre-Licensed) provides clinical services within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team while working toward full licensure. This role delivers therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and discharge planning under supervision in compliance with Montana Board of Behavioral Health requirements.

Schedule Requirements

• This role requires regular and sustained attendance.
• The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts.
• On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs.

Infectious diseases are caused by contact with patients in areas that may have contagious illnesses. Emotionally challenging situations, such as dealing with distressed patients or difficult family interactions.
