Job summary

Baptist Memorial Health Care in Memphis, TN is seeking an entry-level clinician to evaluate patients, establish functional goals, and provide treatment per a written plan of care. You will plan for discharge, document progress, educate patients and families, and support staff and students under licensure guidelines.

The role involves supervision of clinical students and support staff, and ongoing collaboration to improve health care delivery. BLS certification within 14 days is required.

Produces other reports as needed. May supervise clinical students and support staff including certified/licensed assistants, technicians, and volunteers. Provides a caring relationship that facilitates health, and healing. Performs other duties as assigned.
