Job summary

Harboroaks is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to diagnose and treat emotional and behavioral disorders. You will apply psychotherapy, conduct assessments, and develop discharge plans in collaboration with a treatment team.

The role involves providing individual, group or family sessions, maintaining patient records, and coordinating services across inpatient or outpatient settings. Licensure and CPR/de-escalation certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other recognized therapeutic field.
• Two or more years’ experience as a therapist with one or more years’ experience with the specific population of the facility.

• May provide these services in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
• Provide case management, discharge planning or after-care planning according to treatment plan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Qualifications

LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:

• State or national licensure for professional therapy providers required.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility.
