Triangle Springs, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an Outpatient Therapist (PRN) to deliver compassionate care in our Raleigh behavioral health setting. You will conduct individual and group therapy, participate in treatment planning, and support families through counseling and coordination with referral sources.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, ensure timely documentation, crisis intervention, and uphold confidentiality and HIPAA standards in all patient interactions.
