Overview

Talkiatry’s mission is to transform psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment. Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers.

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for patients.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities.
• Work independently and with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.
• Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes.

Your Qualifications

• Therapists must already have the necessary licensure to practice independently in the state(s) where they intend to work. Practice supervision toward independent licensure is not provided.
• Technical proficiency with the ability to learn new or streamlined EMR tools.
• Active and unrestricted state license; willingness and ability to obtain additional state licensure, as requested, paid for by Talkiatry.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other conditions.
• Excellent clinical knowledge, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to listen, communicate clearly, address concerns, coordinate care, and take accountability for outcomes.
• Commitment to continuous improvement through feedback, professional development, and evidence-based practices.
• Practice to the highest ethical standards in your discipline.
