Job summary

Lutheran Services in Iowa (LSI) is seeking a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to provide therapy and counseling to individuals, couples, families, and children in Waterloo, Cedar Falls and the surrounding Black Hawk County. The role offers virtual and in-person services with a team of licensed clinical supervisors.

Responsibilities include community-based therapy, treatment planning, case oversight, and licensure supervision opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or another approved related field (LMFT,LMHC).
• Must be licensed in the state of Iowa (temporary and provisionally licensed applicants are encouraged to apply!).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills, including electronic client care databases and MS Office software.
• Flexible availability - evening and weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of clients.
