Axis Health System is seeking a Therapist in Durango, CO to join our outpatient teams. The role focuses on designing and implementing individualized care plans for program patients, with experience in adult or child/adolescent therapy using evidence-based models.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a recognized mental health field with 2+ years in mental health, and Colorado licensure eligibility or licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PsyD). Travel between clinic locations may be required.

Therapist - Licensed or Unlicensed - Outpatient - Durango Integrated Healthcare - Durango, COPosition Summary: The role of the Therapist is to participate as a member of the program team to design and implement the individual care plans for program patients in accordance with policies, rules, regulations, and directives which apply. Our ideal candidate for this Therapist position will have experience with either adult or child & adolescent therapy, with expertise in evidence based mental health or substance use treatment models.Qualifications: Candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in one of the recognized mental health professions and have a minimum of (2) two years’ experience in mental health field. Preferred experience: Master's degree in one of the recognized mental health professions and be Colorado License Eligible/Licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PsyD in the State of Colorado.Salary:Therapist-Unlicensed: Starts at $23.50 - $26.52 per hour (Non-Exempt). This compensation range includes a locale differential of $2.50 and considers preferred experience and preferred education as described above.Therapist-Licensed: $69,430.40 - $79,227.20(Exempt) based on annualized salary.
