Care IV Home Health is a locally owned and operated home health agency in Little Rock, AR, seeking a part-time or PRN Occupational Therapist to join our esteemed team. As an OT with Care IV, you will enjoy a professional and supportive environment that fosters flexibility, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships. Requirements :

• Occupational Therapy License actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous acute OT experience.
• A minimum of three professional references, provided on the application or upon initial contact.

Duties may include but are not necessarily limited to :

• Visiting patients in their homes and assisted living facilities.
• Creating occupational therapy care plans, performing OT documentation/charting, updating the Registered Nurse (RN) or Director on patient status, admitting/discharging patients, etc.
• Other OT duties as assigned.
