Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW or LMHC) to provide direct patient care to adults in long-term care facilities. You will perform diagnostic assessments, conduct visits as scheduled, and help ensure up-to-date treatment plans.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work or professional counseling, an LCSW or LMHC license, and about two years of therapy experience.

Requirements for this position include:

• Master's degree in social work or professional counseling
• Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LCSW or LMHC
• 2 years' experience in therapy and counseling is preferred.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
