Job summary

LifeStance Health is hiring clinicians to join our outpatient behavioral health practice. Therapists may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office and clinics across multiple locations.

We offer full-time or part-time roles with autonomy, supervision options, weekly case consultations, continuing education credits, a generous benefits package, and a productivity-based compensation model. Annual compensation ranges from $75,000 to $100,000.

$75,000 - $100,000 a year

Our practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education. We also have talented support staff who handle everything from credentialing to insurance authorizations, and collection of payments. We perform essential, yet non-billable clinical and administrative functions that comprise the infrastructure needed to maintain a successful, busy practice so that you can focus on your clinical work.
