Job summary

Prosperous Health in California seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide biopsychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management within IOP and PHP programs.

You will collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team, maintain timely EHR documentation, and contribute to discharge planning while upholding ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active California LCSW license required.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, or outpatient clinical settings preferred.
• Familiarity with IOP and PHP levels of care strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and care coordination practices.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides clinical assessment, individual and group therapy, case management support, and treatment planning within IOP and PHP levels of care. This role collaborates closely with psychiatrists, therapists, case managers, nursing staff, and external providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Pay Range: $40-$55 per hour (DOE)
