Job summary

Beacon Behavioral Hospital in Bunkie, LA is seeking a licensed Therapist to provide individual and group counseling for patients with substance use and mental health disorders in an inpatient setting.

The role requires a Master's degree and active LMSW/LCSW or LPC/LMSW licensure, with experience in substance abuse and mental health. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain patient records. A quarterly bonus is offered.

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team at our Inpatient Hospital in Bunkie. As a therapist, you will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling sessions to patients with substance abuse and mental health disorders. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. Your ultimate goal will be to help patients achieve long-term recovery and improve their overall quality of life. We are currently looking to add Therapist to join our team.

Full-Time Therapist to join our team.

Applicant hired will receive $4,000.00 BONUS to be paid out quarterly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Current state licensure as a professional counselor or social worker, LMSW, LCSW, P-LPC, LPC
• Experience working with patients with substance abuse and mental health disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities
• Experience working in an outpatient setting
