The VIOS Clinic in Illinois is seeking a Full-Time Therapist In Training to support outpatient mental health services. You will conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, provide individual psychotherapy, and deliver psychoeducation under supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or related field.
• Practicum experience in mental health or community services.
• Eligibility for Wisconsin 'In Training' license (e.g., APSW, LPC-IT, MFT-IT).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Preferred: active licensure, experience with justice-involved populations, trauma-informed care knowledge.
