This role requires full licensure as a clinical mental health clinician, social worker, or psychologist and a master's degree. You will assess patients, develop and follow up on treatment plans, coordinate care, and support discharge planning while upholding our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required; master's in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• 2 years of experience serving individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Licensure: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provides complete patient assessments, plans for therapeutic interventions and appropriate follow up care
• Implements treatment plans, coordination of the treatment process and discharge planning
