Job summary

Magnolia Creek Treatment Center for Eating Disorders seeks licensed clinicians to provide individual and group psychological services for women with eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a supportive, home-like setting in Columbiana, Alabama.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree and an Alabama license (or working toward licensure such as MFT, LPC, LCSW, or PhD). Experience in family therapy and eating disorder recovery is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field and Alabama license or pursuing licensure.
  • Two years of family therapy experience; one year in eating disorder recovery setting preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group psychological services for clients and families.
  • Maintain client records and create treatment plans for families.
  • Assist with discharge planning, including a written discharge summary and referrals.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and share observations with the treatment team.
  • Supervise meals/snacks as assigned and participate in milieu activities.
