Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital, operated jointly with Lifepoint Behavioral Health and Baystate Health, seeks a licensed Therapist for its inpatient behavioral health program in Holyoke, MA.

Responsibilities

The Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy to patients with psychological, emotional, or substance use issues. Duties include treatment planning, crisis intervention, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, family communication, discharge planning, and aftercare coordination. The Therapist upholds confidentiality, HIPAA, TJC, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or equivalent.
• Current clinical or social work license by state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification.
